NBMAPL has rendered Architectural and Engineering consultancy services for design of the PERMANENT TOWNSHIP AND RUSSIAN EXPERTS COMPLEX at Kahalgaon for Kahalgaon Super Thermal Power Project which was awarded based on a Design Competition.The township and complex planned over about 300 acres accommodates 2315 Dwelling units, a training institute and hostel, main shopping centre, convenient shopping centres, educational facilities, health centre and hospital, recreation centres, clubs and community centres.The scope of work included design of the following: Master plan Architectural, structural and services design of all buildings Landscape design Infrastructure design and bulk services like roads, drainage, culverts, bridges, water supply, sewerage, networks, external electrification The scope also included providing drawings and data for tender documents.
