FIRST PRIZE- INTERNATIONAL DESIGN COMPETITION FOR NISM CAMPUS, NAVI MUMAI

Our design and technical proposal was awarded FIRST PRIZE in the international design competition for the new campus design for NISM in Mumbai. The design philosophy emerged from the topography and natural features of the site, to accommodate the heavily contoured landscape and water bodies, and to create a rhythmic flow of movement through the site. The proposal caters to celebrating the public areas, creating focal points of interest, maintaining the privacy and social life of on campus residents and maintaining the ecological balance through forested areas and natural drainage channels.
