This commission was part of GPPL’s expansion program and was designed to accommodate 900 housing units along with all public amenities and facilities including a club, school, community centre, guest houses etc. The commission was for the conceptual master plan layout for a phased development. The scope also included the concept landscape design for the entire settlement.
