Pernika has been a key member of the team that has won the company several prestigious projects through design competitions, design concept reports, presentations and proposals. An alumna of the country’s top architecture school, School of Planning & Architecture, Delhi, Pernika currently leads architecture and interior design teams focusing on both new design and refurbishment of buildings and interiors. Her extensive experience in managing execution of works on sites for both architecture and interior work ensures that innovative and eye-catching concept designs become reality and do not remain merely drawing board ideas. With the explosion of the range of materials, fittings and fixtures available in the market she constantly revises her palette of materials to provide solutions to fit a wide range of budgets and aesthetics. Her focus is on the complete understanding of the clients stated and unstated requirements, desires and aspirations, and then translating them to reality within the stipulated time and budget, through innovative design, market research and attention to detail.
Her work has spanned a wide range of projects including Super Specialty Hospitals, Institutional buildings, Homes for the Missionaries of Charity, housing, Plant Area Industrial buildings, Luxury Residences, Hostels and Guest houses, along with Institutional, Administrative and residential interiors, and bespoke office interiors.
