It was inspiring to see your stickiness to the set schedules. Your involvement and detailing at each milestone and making an impeccable hand over, in spite of some re-scoping and change orders, was truly commendable. I think it is just sheer passion and your focus and attention to understand customer needs that helps you deliver the best customer experience ever!

My biggest concern living in Singapore was how we would manage the process of construction to the expected quality and a dread that it would take too much monitoring and time. Working with NBMA and Vivian was a sheer delight. The house was built as expected, and with only 4 trips to Delhi!!
