He has steered the company for 50 years winning many prestigious design competitions. He is a leading authority on Super Thermal Power projects, Townships, Control room buildings and plant area buildings especially in the power sector, where he is well regarded for his innovative solutions and unmatched experience. Under his stewardship, the company has executed master planning and housing projects, commercial and large span structures and institutional buildings. He has designed and constructed luxury housing and private residences and farmhouses for niche clients in Delhi’s bungalow zones. Pratap brings tremendous insight to the design, management and delivery of projects, tailoring design intent to deliver a product that surpasses client expectations.
